Certain features require login credentials or access codes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these Terms, misuses our tools, or engages in conduct detrimental to Asterisk Defense or other users.
All content, frameworks, tools, methodologies, branding, and software on this platform are the intellectual property of Asterisk Defense LLC and Devon J. Euring. This includes but is not limited to: Risk Rewritten™, AURA™, Assumption Audit™, Governance Gap Diagnostic™, VUCA World Navigator™, and Risk Rebel Self-Assessment™.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of our platform, tools, frameworks, or content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you input into our tools. By using our tools, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested analysis.

Our AURA™ AI engine generates analyses, assessments, and recommendations based on the information you provide and current training data. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. All AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied upon for business, legal, or compliance decisions.
Asterisk Defense is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs from our platform.
Fees for paid services are agreed upon in writing between you and Asterisk Defense prior to service delivery. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment terms, refund policies, and service-specific terms will be detailed in your service agreement.
Certain areas of our platform (including the investor pitch deck and protected tools) contain confidential business information. By accessing these areas, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not to disclose the contents to unauthorized third parties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTERISK DEFENSE LLC AND DEVON J. EURING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asterisk Defense LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
